About the sessions
My 1-1 personal training is designed to empower women of all ages and fitness levels to take charge of your health and feel your strongest inside and out. Whether you’re working on mobility and balance, building muscle, losing or gaining weight, or boosting your cardiovascular health, I’ll create a unique plan that’s tailored to you and your goals. No matter where you’re starting, you’ll have the support, guidance and accountability to push past your limits and discover just how powerful you really are. Together we’ll prove what you’re capable of.
