About The Classes
My group training classes are held at “Be @ Your Best” gym in Helsingborg. I offer a variety of classes from Core to HIIT, HYROX, mobility and more. All classes are on rotation so keep an eye out for when your favourites are on! My group training classes are a way to better your health and fitness, as well as gain knowledge within movement that you can apply to your training outside of the classes. This is a way to let loose, have a laugh, and meet new people all whilst challenging your fitness. Everyone is welcome no matter level or age. Exercises are always adjusted for those with injuries or soft spots, so you don’t have to worry about limitations getting in the way of your training!
